What we do
Asset Sourcing
Each year, we are offered a large number of projects from our industry network or by external parties. All of them pass through a multi-stage audit process covering financial, technical and legal aspects. This puts us in a position to constantly offer our investors a high-volume pipeline of European wind and solar parks.
Regulatory reporting
Compliance with regulatory requirements is essential for most of our institutional investors – whether it is MaRisk, the Solvency Regulation or the Investment Regulation (“Anlageverordnung”). We understand these needs as a mandate and create regulatory reporting for each fund solution that meets the requirements of our clients and the supervisory authorities. This has repeatedly been confirmed to us by several associations and auditors.
Operational management
In addition to continuous earnings and cost audits, operational management activities include warranty and insurance management, cooperation with partner companies, grid operators, land owners and local authorities as well as the supervision of technical service providers. These services are essential to generate stable earnings from renewable energy assets in the long term.
Portfolio strategy
Our portfolio managers have extensive experience in the field of renewable energies. Besides regulatory and commercial reporting, they provide institutional investors with a wealth of additional, mandate-specific information and services. This expertise, coupled with transparent corporate processes and effective risk management, enables us to compile high-quality portfolios of wind and solar power plants and to manage them successfully over the long term.
Fund solutions
Luxembourgian renewable energy funds (AIF) are subject to the highest European regulatory standards, thus ensuring comprehensive service and convenience. We either adapt to your structure or organise the right structure for you.
Environment/Social/Governance (ESG)
Together with our parent company, Encavis AG, we signed the "UN Principles for Responsible Investments" (UN PRI). In our investment advice regarding investments in renewable energy projects, we are positioned to consider adverse sustainability impacts. The extent to which adverse sustainability impacts are considered and on the basis of which specific indicators depends on the client's requests. A wind or solar park is only included in the portfolio after the relevant ESG criteria corresponding to the customer's requests have been evaluated.
Memberships
By joining the UN Global Compact and UN PRI, we have also formally committed ourselves to the values of the world's largest initiatives for responsible corporate governance and have set out to integrate sustainability in all its facets into operational and strategic corporate processes.
