We are investment advisors for renewable energy funds and operators of wind and solar parks. In 2006, we structured and launched the first investment fund; since then, we have acquired well over one hundred large-scale plants in numerous countries for third parties and for our own account. The experience gained over time in ongoing operation is today an invaluable asset for us and for our fund investors.

At the beginning of a new mandate, a comprehensive analysis of the expectations concerning profit, maturity, risk management, as well as market opportunities, is mandatory. We hear our clients needs and develop the appropriate investment structure which can be an tailormade single fund solution or another kind of fund structre. Essential throughout the entire investment phase is the ongoing optimization and management of the portfolio in terms of profitability and risk as well as regulatory requirements. They are guaranteed by our respective experts within our Client Management team. As a result, all investors receive reportings, evaluations and recommendations concerning technical operation of the plants, tailored to their individual needs.

 

Wind- and solar farm operator

The locations of our wind farms and solar parks are spread across Europe. Monitoring is controlled from Germany, where all important data for commercial and technical operations management are centrally collated. Our team of experts manages the commercial operations of the parks and monitors the service levels and full maintenance contracts of the technical service providers directly, in particular through permanent online monitoring. The effort is worthwhile for our investors: The average availability of our plants has been 98% in recent years and technical optimizations and scaling effects can be implemented directly and in close coordination.
