Emphasizing our environmental responsibility

Net-Zero by 2040

In our climate strategy, we show how we intend to achieve a reduction of at least 42% in our direct and indirect emissions (Scope 1+2) by 2030 and at the same time achieve a significant reduction in our Scope 3 emissions. In the long term (by 2040), we aim to reduce our Scope 1+2+3 emissions by 95%.

Boosting biodiversity in solar parks

As a participant of the United Nations Global Compact, Encavis aligns its business practices with internationally recognised standards on human rights, labour, environmental stewardship and ethical business conduct. Solar Power Europe

Through our membership in SolarPower Europe, we actively support the development of policies and market frameworks that enable the growth of renewable energy and energy storage across Europe. Together with industry partners, we support the development of a competitive, resilient and sustainable energy system that accelerates the deployment of solar power and energy storage across Europe.

Whistleblower System

Encavis and its subsidiaries are committed to the principles of good, compliant, responsible and sustainable corporate governance. Encavis' anonymous whistleblowing system (EQS.safe channel) gives you the opportunity to inform us about violations of legal requirements and/or compliance rules and thus contribute to their follow-up and detection. Through Encavis' anonymous whistleblower system, you can, for example, provide information on the following topics: Bribery, Corruption, Kickbacks. Theft, embezzlement, misappropriation Antitrust problems

MSCI ESG - Score AA

ENCAVIS AG confirmed its MSCI ESG rating of AA in 2025.

ISS ESG - Score B+

We have a current rating of B+ in the ISS-ESG evaluation and hold ‘Prime’ status.

CDP Climate - Score B

We have a current CDP climate rating of B.

Sustainalytics - Score 25,4

We are rated by Sustainalytics with an ESG Risk Rating of 25,4 (05/2025). This corresponds to a medium ESG risk.

S&P Global CSA - Score 39

We achieved a score of 39 (out of 100) in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment 2024 (CSA score from 03/12/2025)
