Selection process & job interview

Once we receive your application, we review your documents and get back to you promptly. Because we know that applying takes time and effort, we carefully assess every application. If there is a match between your profile and the role, we will invite you to an initial virtual meeting with the potential new department. In this relaxed conversation, we get to know each other better. If the first interview confirms a positive impression on all sides, it is followed by an in-person second interview on site. Here, you will learn more about Encavis as an employer, the open position, and your potential new colleagues. Sometimes, there may even be time for a shared lunch! In any case, it is important to us that you can make your final decision with a good feeling.

Hiring & onboarding

If everything fits, we are pleased to make you a job offer. After signing the contract, you will regularly receive further information about your start at Encavis as part of our preboarding process. While anticipation grows on both sides, we prepare everything for your onboarding so that you feel fully part of Team Encavis from day one.
