To finance our growth strategy and optimise the returns on our equity, we are always interested in finding new external financing sources and new finance partners.

Project finance

Project financing refers to a structured finance plan for an economically and legally independent project. Debt service payments for the borrowed money are made exclusively from the cash flow generated by the project. Shareholders (e.g. Encavis AG) cannot be held liable for the debt because the funds are borrowed in the form of a nonrecourse loan.

Corporate finance

Corporate Finance beschäftigt sich mit der internen und externen Unternehmensfinanzierung der Encavis Gruppe im Allgemeinen und der Konzernmutter Encavis AG im Speziellen. Unter Wahrung eines ausgewogenen Verhältnis von Eigen- und Fremdkapital werden investive Mittel für den Kapazitätsausbau eingeworben und maßgeschneidert intern zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Fremdfinanzierung der Konzernmutter stellt nicht auf einzelne Projekte, sondern auf die sehr stabilen und hervorragend prognostizierbaren Kapitalflüsse des breit diversifizierten Gesamtportfolios an Wind- und Solarparks an die Encavis AG ab.
